Originally from the Netherlands, this dog is a cross between the Belgian Shepherd Malinois and local dogs. This breed appeared towards the end of the 19th century, in the Netherlands and Belgium. Very active, he is good at jumping.
The Dutch Shepherd is intelligent and sensitive. He is an excellent companion dog, very devoted to his masters, often friendly, kind and friendly to children. It is a good guard dog which is used in particular by the police and the army.
